Return Policy without refund


In the event that you wish to exchange or repair your product, please thoroughly read the following. You must adhere to the policy below, or your request for exchange or repair will be denied.

In order to have your merchandise repaired or replaced under warranty, the original purchaser must:

  1.       Present a sales receipt or other proof of purchase.
  2.       Indicate the purchaser's company name, shipping address, telephone number, and invoice number.
  3.       Deliver the product prepaid to the distribution centre.


Damaged and defective Products

All defective products will be repaired or replaced with the equivalent or better product than was originally purchased. Products that are discontinued, sold out, or out of stock (more than 15 days), will be upgraded to next equivalent model (This will be a free upgrade).
